What I like most about autumn is the vivid colors that comes with it. The wide range of color and tones in yellow, red and brown is just a visual pleasure to the eye.

Even though it is in the midst October this flower and hoverfly wasn't quite ready to give in to the cold autumn weather.
Sitting down at a rest stop yesterday and enjoying the view there is quite a lot to read at the wooden table we're sitting with. All kinds of new and old love statements carved in the wood. I've made a few such signs at other tables and trees in my earlier days :)

On Karmøy as along most of the coast of Norway the sea creates spectacular and energic scenes as the big waves hits and breaks on the countless rocks and hills. It's just beautiful.

This weekend the snow that came was the first I saw this year. Winter is faithfully coming again. The windy and snowy weather made the landscape look blur and unsharp both to my eye and to my camera.
